It seems the cache rule wasn’t fully added. Did I set up the plugin wrong?

I found that the plugin created a rule in Cloudflare’s cache rules, and it only contains a simple expression with the domain. The plugin used to apply page rules, and if I remember correctly, the rule was much more complex to exclude various situations that shouldn’t be cached. So did I set up the plugin wrong? The rule probably shouldn’t be this simple, or is it supposed to be like this?
