    Please confirm if you have linked your domain in Nimble Squirrel’s admin page (https://app.nimblesquirrel.com/).

    Sure, i did it.
    As i don’t need the plugin in all blogs, i don’t performed network activation, just single activation on one of my blogs. Then i have configured that domain in the app, using full URL (included http). In this correct?

    What you’ve done are the correct steps to follow.

    Please go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Nimble Squirrel’ and ensure the survey is enabled, and your preferred survey has been selected?
