    Hi there,

Thank you for your contribution of the plugin, I noticed that the custom post type in my website does not seem to be covered by the plugin, what shall I do? Thanks.

    Regards,

    KC

My best guess is that I need to fill something in the setting as screenshot highlighted below(1), but I don’t know what will that be, please help.

    Hi @benxy20gylinxu,

Hard to say what’s going on with so little info. What exactly is the problem? What’s the expected behavior vs the actual behavior?

    Hi @hcabrera,

I expect this plugin will show popular post/page/custom-post-type-pages at the footer widget area, but now I only get post/pages, no custom-post-type-pages. Hope this help.

Alright, please answer the following questions:

    • Are you sure article is the name of your custom post type? Or is it custom-post-type-pages?
    • Could you please share your site’s URL so I can have a look?
    • Where in your site can I find article entries?

    Hi there,
No, I am not sure “Article” is the name of the custom post type, it is the name produced by “Echo Knowledge Base” plugin at the backend when I needed to add an entry, here is the link to the page where Echo Knowledge Base is, and you shall find the article entries of it. Hope this help.

    Thanks, that did help.

According to the source code of your site, it seems the name of your “article” CPT is epkb_post_type_1. Try using that instead of article, it should work.

Hi there, it works instantly, I crossed the CPT epkb_post_type_1 a few times and I didn’t think it is the word I needed to put it. Thanks a lot.

Don’t mention it. Glad I could help!
