it says replaced but text doesnt change

  • hi there BSR

    i have ran the plugin to change some text for all my products in woocommerce product short description

    its in wp_posts database

    so it ran and it says it made the changes

    however, the short descprtion text remain unchanged and i already cleared chace

    any idea pls

    Just to confirm, did you clear the plugin cache or browser cache? You may have to do both to see the changes. You can also try using a different browser to see if the changes were applied.

    Also, please ensure that “Run as dry run” is disabled/unchecked, so that changes are applied to the database.

    If you are using a theme builder, perhaps the data is saved in a different table. Please try including all tables in your search/replace process. You can start with a dry run, to see if the text is picked up in a different table.
