    Third plugin/JS library I have problems with when using Autoptimize, why is messing so much with other JS code? Can it be fixed in generic way in order not to have to test every JS code?

    you have to test your site (or any site you us AO on) thoroughly, as it can indeed break stuff. disabling “aggregate JS” often helps, but that will lower AO’s impact on performance somewhat, so excluding often is the better approach.

    Okey for the time being I will go with that setting disabled, but in a local installation in the next days will try excluding bootstrap.min.js which I suppose should fix it.
