It removes characters in hashtag ..

    Hi there,

    When trying to share a post, it removes a character in the Swedish language since it seems like the plugin is not internationalized in coding or something.

    If I write a default hashtag in the settings like b?t it writes bt in the hashtag, it should say #b?t but it says #bt instead, could you please fix this, since hashtags are a majore feature for us .. =)
