  • We tested this plugin on two different websites, with two different themes, with two different hosting services, and for none of them the plugin is have worked properly.
    Regardless the settings selected, the email are never sent with the coupon, it always appears ?dummy coupon”.
    As always, it promises much more than?it?provides.

    Hello @costinhalmagyi,

    Please let me explain how the coupons option works with test emails and with abandoned emails.

    If you send a test email, you will receive a dummy coupon, but for the original abandoned emails users get a working coupon code, this is expected behaviour.

    Have you tried to create abandoned cart and for the recovery emails you should recieve correct couponcode, pleasse let me know if you have checked by creating abandoned carts instead of test emails.
