    Hello @alexliii,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

I am not sure what you mean with point 1. Onboarding fails, or every standard card payment does? If this is related to the standard card payment (not Advanced Card Processing), you might want to check with PayPal Merchant Technical Support on these failed payments, since they handle this type of card payments. Our plugin controls more aspects regarding the Advanced Card Processing payments. If onboarding fails, the 2nd point, might also apply to this issue.

The logs of our plugin should indeed be generated under the WooCommerce logs of the sub-site, not the main site. If this is occurring, I would start to verify if this situation would also occur when you have disabled all other plugins and are using the Default Storefront theme. I have not encountered this behaviour, so I highly doubt that this is caused by our plugin alone.

Please let me know if this helped you and, if needed, clarify the situations that you are encountering, so we can take another look. If it helped you to share more details with us to do this, but you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

    Kind regards,
    Joost

I am quite sure this version is not compatible with multisite.

No, this is not accurate. PayPal Payments is fully compatible with WordPress Multisite.

1# On subsite, onboarding with always failed with Standard card payment.

The onboarding process failing can have various reasons, but “Multisite” is not one of them.

2# Onboarding logs on the subsite will be logged on the Main site, I believe this is not expected behaiviour, right?

That is not possible, unless you cloned the second site from the first one and attempt onboarding without clearing the transients.

In any case, as we haven’t heard back, I will mark this resolved. For any follow-up questions, please contact the support team from the link above. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
