    The main problem: a lack of step-by-step instructions on how to craft a basic drop cap.

    I fumbled my way through setting up a drop cap, but couldn’t figure out how to change its look. Yes, I know CSS, but how about a simple tutorial on how to design various drop caps using the plugin?

    Deactivated, then deleted this plugin.
