It looked perfect. But instead….

  • I can not use a password for the downloads. For me it is useless.
    If I use a password the download button will not work and reporting the error: Internal server error.
    A pity because otherwise it was 5 stars.

    The problem is as I said. If I use a password to protect a download (not on the page but on the file download, on wordpress setting page), when an user try to download (with the correct password) returns “Internal server error”. But this is a problem of all downloader that I tried, not just yours.

    You need to get in contact with your host and explain your current issue. By the way what internal server error are you receiving? You might be able to find out more about the error message if you check the server log files.
