It just works and easy to configure

  • I have used this form operating in Free Version on a number of websites and it just works. I have it working in an Elementor Page Builder environment.

    What is great: easy to configure, provides a reference file listing of entries!, drop-down options on input fields, Captcha.

    Take the time to learn how it works, you can watch a good YouTube Tutorial.

    I’ve tried most other form builders and as this provides the free reference of form entries in good layout options, it is a winner.
