i use the WPeMatico Full Content and WPeMatico Professional extensions, it fetched over 250000 items over time. finetuning things when targets change is surprisingly easy, it natively integrates into wordpress, and can be managed extremly detailed to make sure you not running out of reccources. or fetch items during low traffic and other scenarios.
