It. Just. Works.

  • I’ve tried a number of different other caching plugins over the years.

    Some were too complex (too many settings!), others broke my theme (my high-quality Genesis child theme no less), others randomly broke features (argh, no-one can submit comments!), but then I found Comet Cache.

    I’ve been using this plugin since it was Quick Cache, and then Zen Cache, and now Comet Cache, and IT JUST WORKS.

    I have all kinds of weird and wonderful code and plugins and features on all of my different sites, and Comet Cache hasn’t broken a single one of them. Once.

    And the settings are SO easy to use. Just turn it on, if that’s all you want to do. No need to fiddle with anything else, but even if you do, it’s still all so straightforward to use, and so easy to clear the cache when you need to.

    My only request? An easy and intuitive way to clear a specific page, post or URL from the cache via the admin console, without having to either update my post or clear the entire cache.

  • @kaplunkiigirl Thanks so much for the awesome 5-star review! And thanks for sticking around since the Quick Cache days. ?? We work really hard to make Comet Cache play as nicely as possible with the rest of the WordPress ecosystem, so I’m really happy to hear that has been your experience.

    We actually have that feature in the Pro version. In the Pro version, there’s a button with a menu added to the Admin Toolbar that lets you clear a specific URL, clear the cache for the current page, etc. Here’s a screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cZtvc1NMRZP

    Ah, well it looks like I won’t be able to resist the Pro version any longer then ?? Good to know!
