it is possible to create menu like the below website in mega menu

What specific part of that menu are you trying to recreate? If its the Categories sub menu, then no that is not possible, the closest we have is the tabbed sub menu (in Pro, there is a demo on our homepage).

I think Tahir is talking about the Solutions sub menu, which shows a neat display of headers with links below them to the left, and page links with descriptions and images to the right.

Max Mega Menu will let you create that structure (3 columns within the sub menu). The left column could either be made up using second and third level menu items, or simply using a custom HTML block. The images could be added to columns 2 and 3 using the core image widget. Below each image widget I think you’d need to use a custom HTML widget with some custom styling (grey background) for the descriptions. But there are many ways to achieve the same result. In short, Max Mega Menu would do the heavy lifting of creating the Solutions sub menu. Some custom CSS would be required on top to get it looking identical.
