    HI,

    Since the update of Fluent CRM to version 2.9.01, it is no longer possible to edit an existing email, in “simple box”, “plain center” or “raw left” templates… Whether after duplication of a previous email for a campaign (see here), or to modify an automation (see here), the edit box does not appear…

    To be able to edit an existing email, I have to go through the “classic editor” template, then I click on “uni center” (what I want) and I save… so the May is centered

    I have the Classic Editor plugin (maybe an incompatibility? But it doesn’t change anything if I deactivate this plugin).

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    That said, I cleared all caches… it doesn’t change anything.

    I then created a staging site, then set the default theme (Twenty Twenty-Four) and deactivated all the plugins, and it still doesn’t work… Did you just test the reported models? Because obviously, the problem comes from your plugin alone…

    I should point out that I have the pro version (for which there was no update offered when the free version was updated…).

    Hello support, I have a very similar problem, but since I don’t have any caching plugins on my site, I don’t know what to do anymore.

    My problem is that I can’t edit the design of my templates. When I click on Email Templates, it appears like this: https://prnt.sc/YMqea9z0dnAO , that is, I can’t click on anything, because the background overlaps everything.

    I’ve already removed all the plugins and left only FluentCRM, I’ve redone the .htacess, I’ve increased the memory, I’ve already gone back to 3 previous versions and nothing has worked.

    I have same issue

    Hi levskipg,

    The issues were resolved by clearing the browser caches on my computer..
