It is impossible to setup the Paypal Payments

Hi
It is impossible to setup the Paypal payments (PayPal standard). No matter what I am doing the following message comes up if I try to make a payment with PayPal:
“Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later”
I do not know what to do.
Help please…..

It was sorted out by setting to “Off” the option “Block non-encrypted website payment” in the “Website payment preferences” area.
