• Every feature you’d actually need is only in their paid plugin. This barely does anything. Uninstalled. Will keep trying other plugins for this, there’s many more out there.

    This plugin allows you to manage a multi-vendor shop in all its parts, which otherwise is not possible. The premium version adds other features to the ones already available in the free one.

    I agree with kittyglass. The premium version is just as worthless.

    You can do many more things with it, even though the free version already grants you considerable autonomy in vendor management.
    Among the main additional features (that you can find listed in the “description” tab), you can find the possibility to make everything work automatically, such as payment of commissions or registration of new vendors.
    Moreover, with the premium version:
    – verdors can handle their own orders (instead of leaving it to the admin only);
    – vendors can manage refund for their orders (available soon);
    – manage their own coupons and reviews on their product;
    – vendors can customise their page;
    – admin can pay commissions using PayPal;
    – both vendors and admin can view advanced reports;
    and much more!
    I suggest you give a look to the live demo of the premium version to understand better its many additional features!

    It sounds like you have recently updated it so I will look again – I have felt like I wasted my NonProfit client’s money and I appreciate you responding. We are using this for a school district with schools as the ‘vendors’ so commissions are donations… we are more concerned about the schools managing their own donations (aka orders) and being able to view reports that they can sort and use in Excel in order to comply with non-profit tax regulations. The reporting component is critical.

    I don’t understand exactly the issue about commissions and donations, and this is essential for me to be able to help you at the best. However, it seems that you have purchased the premium version, and not that you are just using the free version. So, if you have the premium version of it, you can contact us in support desk and write a ticket.
    While, if you are using the free version, please, could you provide me more details?
    I need to know what product/service your schools/vendors sell, because commissions (and consequently commission reports) are strictly related to sales (be they donations to schools, student enrollment fees etc…).
