There are 21 components that are not cookie-free after the Imagify Image Optimiser.

Now it has slowed down my site with 21 components that are not cookie-free.

How to reverse this horrible effect from the plugin.

    Many thanks

    Hi there!

Imagify does not change the image name or create a new image url, and does not affect cookies or not.
When you optimize images, the file name and url remains the same.
The images are simply physically replaced into your server.

The issue you’re experiencing is related to your main domain which has cookies.
To have cookie-free, images should be in a subdomain for example.

    not really,

This literally happened after I used the plugin and checked the site with Google Speed Insights.

What had happened was, I had also selected to target my theme images – on aggressive setting.

For whatever reason, it had made all the homepage images have cookies – it really was done by this plugin, as i made carful analysis at each step to see how fast I could made my site load after each action – IT WAS this plugin that did that.

Yes, from once not needing to have a subdomain, google speed insights had then showed after the Imagify Image Optimiser, I now needed a sub domain to fix it!

previous to this step of bulk action on my images, I was scoring in the 90’s for it…

Yes, you can resolve this issue – as I deleted it, restored my site from back up and finished of with a 1 star review. – sadly, to the very end, no help at all ??
