Ver impressed by support.

  • This is rebrand of Subscribers and Emails which although a bit dated, worked perfectly.. On the face of it, it looks good, but I cannot get it to work. The editing of email templates is clunky and changes made on Drag and Drop don’t appear in classic editor not in review. The drag and drop editor won’t accept the character “n” as it conflicts with Jetpack. Support is responsive and good, but there are still issues with the editing and Icegram Express will not send a notification email if the new post is made from a duplicate.

    I agree with some comments that many features offered need a paid version.

    We tested creating templates using the drag & drop feature and then attempted to convert them into the classic editor. It worked smoothly on our site with the latest version of Express (5.7.6). There might be another issue causing the problem, so we’ve requested temporary access from you through the support channel.

    Yes, the move from Drag and drop to classic works, but not the return from classic to drag and drop if the drafts are saved doesn’t.

    I had several problems with this plugin as described above. My concerns were addressed by the Icegram team to a level I thought well above and beyond what I expected.

    There are still minor quirks you have to live with, but I do consider it an excellent plugin.

    I have increased the rating to 5 stars. First class customer support. all the issues I raised were dealt with quickly and willingly.
