It gets worse and worse

We are using PAFE for some years now. We have never experienced crucial bugs and in the beginning the support was fast and good. But not anymore. Support sometimes answers quickly, but often they simply don’t unterstand the problem at all. Sometimes the support won’t answer you for weeks, but promising that they will take care of your problem asap. Now when they release new versions of the Pro version they won’t update the changelog in time, only a couple days after.
Unfortunately we still rely on this plugin, but we are looking towards other plugins that we can use instead
