    Hi, I’m Korean.
It doesn’t work in my native language.

It only works if I type English in the input box(Refund Subject, Refund Reason etc.)
    Please fix it. Thanks.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out!

Could you please check once by giving the English alphabet of the korean language in the refund reasons for the text like It doesn’t fit my needs – nae pil-yoe maj-ji anh-a, if further any issues then please let us know.

It’s no problem when giving the english alphabet of the korean language in the refund reasons.

But I want Hangul(Korean alphabet) itself to be able to write in the input column.
    ‘It doesn’t fit my needs’ -> ‘? ??? ?? ??’
My cutomers don’t want to write the English alphabet of Hangul like ‘nae pil-yoe maj-ji anh-a’. Besides, they don’t know how to write it(from English alphabet to Hangul).

In addition, It didn’t work when I entered only numbers like ‘123’ without the English alphabet.

    It works very well!
    Thank you so much. ??

I think if one more thing is fixed, then it’s perfect.
The function of Changing the line by Enter key doesn’t work in order massage.
For example, I type in ‘abcde’, ‘fghij’ and press enter key to distinguish the paragraph between them. Then, Changing line looks like working well in input textarea. But it’s not apply to result.

    abcde
    fghij <- It’s my needs.

    But,
    abcdefghij <- It’s the result.

I’m satisfied arleady. But it’ll be more perfect if one more problem is solved.
I owe you for your services, thanks.
