It doesn’t work (critical error)

    I am very sorry but it doesn’t work at all.

    After I entered the TripAdvisor URL and pressed the button “Save settings and download”, WordPress page hung for a few minutes, and then the message “There has been a critical error on this website” appeared on the page //SITE/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_tripadvisor-get_tripadvisor&settings-updated=true.

    I tried several times, same result. The TripAdvisor URL is correct
