It doesn’t work anymore

I get the message “You have reached your daily requests quota. You can make up to 100 requests per day.” But I haven’t used the place in the last weeks. I installed it again and the same problem. ar in the settings page the same message appears every day “Daily limits: total (102/100), searches (0/-2), products (59/-2), descriptions (43/-2), reviews (0 /0), categories (0/5), shipping (0/0), orders (0/20)”, Which is not true.
The counters of this plugin do not work properly
