Why did you not post a support thread before leaving this review? i probably could have helped you to get the tabs working on your site.
Did you look at the plugin’s documentation? In the faq there are a few suggestions of what you can try if the plugin doesn’t seem to work as expected – with the request that you ask for support before posting a poor review. Note that this plugin is very well supported and I do respond to every support request on the forum.
By leaving a negative review with the title ‘it doesn’t work’ you are incorrectly suggesting that there is something inherently wrong with the plugin. This plugin is working on over 30,000 live websites, you can see that there have been over 60 genuine 5 star reviews, and this is the only negative review. Does this not suggest that whatever your problem is, it is not likely to be due to any shortcoming in the plugin, but something on specific to your site?
Without having the opportunity to investigate what might be causing the issue on your site, I can only suggest that the two most likely causes for the plugin to not work as expected are that you might have entered the shortcodes incorrectly, or there could be an issue with your theme – particularly if it is not one listed in the www.remarpro.com theme directory. Examples of issues I have seen in substandard themes which break a great many plugins are the omission of the required wp-footer hook or the inclusion of an incorrect version of jquery instead of the version included in WordPress.
Please post a support topic with a link to the page on your site where you want to add tabs.
