    Good Morning,
i have problem with this plugin. It doesn’t work.
I can put the button everywhere, but I can’t select the language because it doesn’t show the flags if I use the floating widget.
I use this plugin with another WordPress site but with https://www.storiaeterritori.it
    I can’t.
I tried to use the tag [google-translator] inside the articicles. I can see the flags but nothing happens if I click them, I can see only the character “#” in the URL.

Sometimes it works with some browsers. It works With my mobile phone, but with other people’s it doesn’t.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but nothing has changed.
Could it be a javascript problem? I don’t know what to do.
Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Maybe it could be important.
It works in mysite/wp-admin , it shows the flags and it traduces the menu. But it doesn’t work in the client-side.

    Thanks.

I have the same problem, it’s a javascript problem.. same error happens on your site and you can see it in console log of chrome browser.

    Hi,

I have checked and it works for me. I am able to select the English flag and see English translation.

If you are using some browser plugins, make sure to disable them and try again. You can also try with incognito window.

    Thanks! ??

The problem for my website was the CookieBot service.
I don’t know why, but the code inside the index.html page inhibited the plugin.

Removing this service for cookie message resolved my problem.
