• Very good plugin.

    It does exctly what it says, but the best thing is the support from the developer.

    I had some issues after installing the plugin, but the developer helped me with everything, even updated the plugin to work out one of the issues that I was having, and also sent me some CSS code to help me stylize the plugin to match my theme. He answered very fast, and worked to get everything done correctly.

    The plugin works just as I need, my clients can review our services, grade them with stars and leave comments.

    The plugin is actually very easy to work with even for non-deveolpers (such as me) so that makes it worth it.

    Sorry to hear that Site Reviews has not been working for you!

    Every single problem that has been reported in the support forum (or directly to the support email address) has been solved…99% of the time within a few hours or less.

    Since you didn’t submit a request in the support forum, I will attempt to address it here instead.

    Site Reviews has almost 6000 active users (at the time of this reply)! If the plugin is not working correctly, then the chances are extremely good that you are experiencing a conflict with another plugin (or possibly with your active theme). There are thousands upon thousands of available plugins and themes and it’s impossible to ensure compatibility with every single one. However, when an issue is found it is addressed immediately.

    You described two issues in your 1-star review:

    1. The reviews do not submit.

    This problem is almost certainly due to a conflict with another plugin. Common causes for this are recaptcha script conflicts, caching plugins, optimization plugins, and SSL not being implemented properly so that reviews are being submitted from a “HTTP” page to a “HTTPS” page.

    2. You cannot select more than one star on a mobile device

    This problem sounds like a CSS issue. While Site Reviews tries its best to isolate CSS styles using CSS class prefixes and such, sometimes a theme will override the CSS with their own overly aggressive CSS styles.

    With the excellent help of @geminilabs we have linked to another Plugin both work like a dream.
    If you can’t get it to work ask @gminilabs for advice here and you’ll get an answer within minutes normally, certainly before the end of the day.

    I have no connection to @geminilabs apart from using this excellent plugin.

    Thank you for the support, now I find it very good, hope you can fix the last issue, but the others were fixed just fine.
