    is it normal?

    Plus I wanna get the pro version to make both the header and the filter row sticky too

    If the markup is the same on all pages then it should work exactly the same on all pages – no reason not to. But I see you have multiple Sticky plugins installed on the site so that definitely needs to be clean up because they are conflicting with our one.
