It doesn’t show item list

Hello, Devoloping my new site I am using again this plugin. In my previous website worked perfectly but in my new one it doesn’t show list items with the same contact form.

I guess it is that the trigger is locked o something similar but I don’t know to see it. Any idea to try solving this problem?
