It doesn't redirect after payment

    I’m in sandbox mode using credentials for Venezuela and VEF currency (Venezuelan Bolivares).

    When the user finally arrives to the MercadoPago screen and fills the credit card and payment information, after hitting submit it says “Processing payment” two seconds after that that pop-up closes and nothing happen. IFrame, pop-up or redirect, all with the same result.

    The order actually is shown in woocommerce as pending.

    I’m using the lastest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and Mercado Pago Module to this date. Also, I’m in localhost development environment using WAMP.

    Please, help!

    Sandbox mode is currently instable for standard checkout. To test the payment flow, please, consider using test users without sandbox, creating two users and making one the vendor and the other the customer.

    Hi! Thanks for replying. I’ve read the “test users” link but I’m not quite sure how to create them from those commands.

    Should I use PHP cURL? I’m a bit confused.

    Yes, you can use any kind of request. It is an API, you just need to hit the URL. It is possible to use PHP, cURL, etc. Here, I like to use postman.

    You need to have an “access token” to create the user test, so a Mercado Pago account is needed.

    Have you succeeded with your tests?

    I’m closing this topic with the following resume:
    – Please use test users instead sandbox when testing standard checkout. The API for standard checkout sandbox is somewhat deprecated;
    – To create test users, you should have a valid Mercado Pago access token and trigger the API with the given parameters.
