It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet…

I’ve seen a few posts on this topic before, but I haven’t really been able to get any help that A) was useful, or B) I could understand.

Any time I attempt to go to my website (www.holdemauthority.com) I get a message that states “it doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet, try installing install.php.” I haven’t made any recent changes to my website, so I don’t have any idea what is causing this.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me, and should my web host provider be able to restore the status of my files back to a few days ago if worse comes to worse?

I’m a relative novice when it comes to handling technical problems with my website, so I might need step by step instructions with anything I might try in regards to this problem.
