It doesn’t do anything

    I have installed Security Ninja Version 2.10

    When I click on “Analyze site” it goes to an ad telling me I can get a discount if I upgrade to the Pro version and a menu of options from “Security Tests” to “Events Logger”. Clicking on the menu options does nothing, I’ve tried all of them.

  • Hi, you clicked on the big blue “Analyze Site” button and it didn’t start running the tests?

    No, it didn’t have such a button.

    However, I’ve just installed it on another site I have and that does have the button. On clicking it it displayed:

    Security Ninja is analyyzing your site.
    It will only take a few moments.

    Then a pop-up box saying:

    Undocumented error. Page will automatically reload.

    When I click on OK it just sits there flickering three blue boxes and red text saying “STOP SCANNING”.

    I think I’ll give up on this plug-in now, thanks.

    Hi, sorry to hear that. If possible please contact our support via email (support at webfactoryltd.com) with your site details and they’ll have a look. It’s most probably a conflict with another plugin.
