Are you using some plugin or theme that integrates the functionality of Fetch Tweets?

I am using Plugin “Hupso Share Buttons for Twitter, Facebook & Google+ (Settings)”, I think it doesn’t matter for this one

how can I check if it conflicts with this plugin; I am still weak for the web dev. can you give me more information?

Try this and see if the problem occurs.
– Deactivate all the other plugins but leave only Fetch Tweets
activated.
– Switch to the default theme.

Let me know if you do the above and still get the error.

Go to Dashboard -> Tools -> Export and select Fetch Tweets.

And How can I delete the datas of Fetch Tweets? Because now I want to clean and try again; some buttons not working and went to the Fatal error page

– Go to Dashboard -> Fetch Tweets -> Manage Rules and select all rules and Move to Trash. After that empty the trash.
– Go to Dashboard -> Fetch Tweets -> Settings -> Reset and check Reset and press the Perform button.
