    Sorry to hear about your inconvenience. Which text strings you found missing from translation file? Can you share them with us so that we can verify if they exist in our .pot file.

    To customize certificate you require certificate customizer plugin then you can carefully follow instructions given in our documentation

    If you found email communication was slower than your expectation you could come to our live chat support in case of any urgency.

    I appreciate your prompt response, but I must clarify that I already went to see the details of the translation of the certificate complement, of course I tried all the ways and only received an arrogant answer.
    I also noted that the report plugin does not work properly, I also did not receive a favorable response, recently I sent another important comment about prerequisites.
    Finally live chat doesn’t work … that’s why I hold my position of weak support service, I bought this plugin because I saw it better than others that I already use.
