It does not appear on Astra Mobile devices.

  • I downloaded the free version of Astra from the wordpress theme installation section a few days ago.
    I activated the Astra theme from the WordPress admin panel. My old theme has become inactive.
    My istanbulsaglikraporu.com website appears with the ASTRA theme on Desktop devices.

    However, when you try to open the same page on mobile devices, my old theme appears.
    While all articles on the site are visible on desktop devices.
    Only the about us section appears on mobile devices. this looks like the old theme.

    My thought is that there’s a plugin installed on your site that will switch the theme to another when the site is visited using a mobile device. Do you have a plugin that has such functionality?

    Thank you very much for your reply. However, I don’t think I have such a plugin. I disabled the theme I am using. There was a slider plugin with my theme, I’m going to disable it. I will list the installed plugins for you to see. Akismet, wpforms, wp fastest cache, wp SMTP mail, slider revulation, contact form, all in one SEO, autoptimize calculate fields form, Google Site Kit, Hello Dolly,

    Hello, my problem is fixed. The source of the problem is the wordpress fast cache plugin. After disabling it my problem went away.

    I also offer optional health report service for my customers on my website. For this reason, I attach great importance to their access to my services without waiting.
