It doensn’t work for me :-(

I use theme Twenty Seventeen and I wanted to fix my header (.site-header) to the top. It works for android mobile and Chrome. But it doesn’t work for IE and/or MS Edge. Then the header starts to jump/shake on scroll down. ??
