It crashed my site but support team is awesome !

I bought the pro version and they said i need to downlaod a .zip file and replace the free version of the plugin. As soon as i started to download it Chrome warned me that it is malware but i continued anyway. As soon as i installed it i got “white screen of death”, my site became a completly blank page and i got kicked out of the dashboard. Had to go to my webhost control panel and manualy delete the plugin. However, after that the site became slow,the plugin messed up the code somehow.

The only good thing about this is the customer support, they responded to my ticket and offered me a refund in less than an hour.

EDIT: Support contacted me saying they are working hard on finding why their .zip file is categorised as malware by Google Chrome. Also i hope they update the plugin for the 4.3 version of WP.

EDIT2 : Wow, support team is truly awesome. They contacted their hosting service and fixed the malware warning in Google Chrome (had something to do with .htaccess file). Not only that but they refunded my money AND they said i can keep using the pro version. GG to the support team !
