It could’ve been great… but gutenberg
-
The most annoying thing I find is when a plugin uses gutenberg as its base and sole way of setting up ANYTHING. There are so many people who does not use gutenberg because of the sheer navigation of it… I have no clue why certain plugins insists on trying to force you to use the gutenberg editor to create basic things. I do not want to create my form fields and set up all my form settings in gutenberg… The standard (non-gutenberg) WordPress interface is much more universal. The craziest part is there is no way of just disabling gutenberg for this plugin NONE not even with a third party plugin… Let me say this is super inconvenient and possibly could have been a much better hit had it NOT done that. Gutenberg is not this simple editor especially for customization… I do not like fighting with gutenberg to get basic things done especially if you are more proficient in other builders. Keeping the classic interface or even better ALLOWING gutenberg to be deactivated especially because since Crocoblocks play with all these builders pretty well why not have a straightforward interface for building forms that is universal? Have no idea who thought this was a great idea… it wasn’t. If you are LIKE ME AND AVOID GUTENBERG AT ALL COSTS…. Look elsewhere.
