    Apri 28,2018:
    good and quick service.
the register function conflicts with other MailChimp connect plugin too, so maybe there is some error on my website. anyway, it fixed now.

    Hey @joaouyang,

Thanks for your feedback. I came across your review and wanted to chime in to see if I could help provide any troubleshooting assistance or pass any useful feedback to our developers.

Just to get a handle on the situation you’ve experienced so far, could you provide a short screencast on this issue? We are unable to replicate this problem in our staging environments and definitely want to get to the bottom of it if there’s a problem somewhere.

Thanks in advance for these details. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply.

Hi @joaouyang, thank you for sharing the screencast it’s very helpful. Quick follow-up question, do you see anything in the console log when the plugin is activated (right click > inspect > console tab in Chrome)?

@joaouyang thanks again for the info. I just went to your site – and looked at the form in question. You don’t currently have the MailChimp For WooCommerce plugin activated right now do you? The reason I ask is because the form for registering a new account is currently not working. I can’t click the register button – even after typing a very strong password.

I noticed in your screencast that you have another plugin “MailChimp for WordPress” running at the same time. Have you tried disabling that one to see if the register button comes alive again?

I also see a GET request error pointing to https://www.cadencefishing.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/images/pop-up.png – which makes me wonder if you need to add some ‘try/catch’ logic on a javascript snippet somewhere?

@joaouyang just wanted to reach out to you again to see if you had been able to look into this any further?

I guess it is the MailChimp e-commerce conflict with WordPress passwords. so I set the register as auto-generate passwords

Mailchimp for Woocommerce is preventing my customers from registering a new account or resetting their passwords for lost passwords, do you perhaps have a solution for this? Thanks.

Hi everyone, we’ve added a patch to our next release for instances when there is a CSS class that conflicted with the registration newsletter checkbox in JavaScript. v2.1.8 should roll out in the next few weeks after QA is complete.

Apologies that it took awhile to get things figured out, it was difficult to replicate in our testing environments. We appreciate everyone’s feedback and let us know if you run into any other issues.
