I have been suffering from a synchronization problem between my site and Printful for two months, and Printful support and hosting support have also suffered to solve this problem, but unfortunately, they could not solve it until I hired a specialist and unfortunately it was found that the problem was in the “Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin” It’s blocking Printful from accessing my site

    Hi @rafatbarakat,

I’ve used both Pinterest for WooCommerce and Printful successfully in the past together, so I’m surprised to hear your developer came to that conclusion. Nothing in Pinterest for WooCommerce should block access for the Printful connection.

I see that Pinterest for WooCommerce is installed, are you still running into a sync error? If so, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

If you can share any other details about the error being received by Printful when Pinterest for WooCommerce is active, that would help also!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
