    Hello,
    there is an issue with the plugin, that causes problems at our online shop.
    It takes the payment normally and puts the order on hold ONLY for 40 minutes. If we do not se the order then it cancels the order automatically.
    This must me resolved, because the customers has paid and receives a cancelation email by the system.
    It must be changed to on hold to at leaste 24 hours, so we can be sure that the orders are checked.

    Sorry to hear this. In order for me to investigate further what the problem might be, please open an issue on our public GitHub page and send through the following screenshots:

    – WooCommerce plugin payment module settings (mask your Merchant ID and API Key).
    – Viva Wallet payment source settings (include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).
    – Viva Wallet _Websites / Apps_ page (include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).
    API Access page (mask API Key, include your browser’s URL bar in the screenshot).

    Hello,
    no, we reported to you the issue, but we did not have the time to do ALL the above.
    The problem still exists. I don’t think it only happens to our website.
    We are using VivaWallet WooCommerce Gateway on our WordPress eshop.

    Hi @beautyspot1,

    I checked your settings and it looks like the payment source for https://www.beautyspot.gr in your Viva Wallet has the wrong Success / Failure URLs. These should be:

    index.php?wc-api=vivawallet&order_status=success
    index.php?wc-api=vivawallet&order_status=fail

    The plugin should work once you correct these.

    Hi @beautyspot1 if you have any further issues, please deactivate and delete the Viva Wallet plugin then download and reinstall from here following our installation instructions closely.
