It appears its not having an effect

Thanks for this plugin, what a wonderful idea for a plugin!
But I am having a bit of trouble, I must have did something wrong.
See before and after installing the plugin, my speed test results are the same (on several popular speed test sites). In other words it appears the plugin is having no effect.
Can you help? What did I do wrong?
