it always cause 502 in Mu site

When do you get the 504 error? Does this occur on the front end or backend of your site?

Unfortunately our plugin doesn’t allow you to disable/enable any scripts via the settings page at this point in time.

504 occurs at frontend！for now, it would be great thanks if you can tell me in which file and which line code I should remove!

The chat runs independently on your site without connecting to our server.

What sort of hosting plan are you currently on? This can affect the speed of the chat in some instances.

The plugin is compatible with WP Super Cache ??

@jarryd-long， thanks for your reply, our server is on Aliyun.COM China with VPS environment, which is the largest VPS provider and quite stable in China. unfornately, the bandwidth to overseas is not quite fast for bad Telecom Carrier, and there is a gateway which named National greatway, and we can not visit any global sites, like google, twitter, Facebook….
