IST time to UTC time +5:30 to 00:00, timezone Issue

currently website’s local time is IST, in schema showing +5:30 but if I change it to UTC (00:00) from the general setting, in the schema timezone change it to 00:00 but the publish and modified time still adding 5hour30min in the publish time and the modified time
