Issuing updated invoices – problem

    How do you generate an updated invoice for an invoice previously issued?

    We have updated the address details (typo) and want to download an updated invoice. However, the pdf invoice button has a green tick and when pressed downloads the old invoice with the typo in the address. (Orders for which the pdf invoice have not been previously downloaded, download the updated invoice).

    Any ideas?

    Hello @pridl3y

    Because the document was already generated you must enable the “Test mode” under PDF Invoices > General to refresh the order meta with the new address setting. After you’re done you should disable the “Test mode”.
