Issues withdrawal / sending money to vendors

Hello,
I am a little confused about the payment system and how it works.
But first today I tested buying a product from my own store and tried the process. Once I accepted the platform did not send the money to the vendor’s PayPal account ( payment method ) I was getting a message ( withdrawal requests partially processed, check the log for more details. ) first of all I did not find anything under a log.

As I am trying to get some information here. Is there a way to set this up so when a customer buys a product.
When an order is placed is it possible the money ( including any commission or fees sent to admin ) And if not possible at least the vendor can get the money directly, or at least the process be automated?
