    So this issue just developed, normally the user profile shows before, but recently the user profile page doesn’t show anything after a user clicks on “my profile” via their navigation panel. this function worked perfectly before until now. i followed the documentation on this link https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/13292/

    but i can’t seem to find line 16 :

    define( ‘BP_DEFAULT_COMPONENT’, ‘profile’ );

    in

    “wp-content/themes/bimber/includes/plugins/buddypress/buddypress.php”

    how can i resolve this issue
    has the code been moved to another directory?

    awaiting your swift reply.

    Hello @clefpascal

    Thanks for reaching us

    Will the problem solved if you disable the Bimber theme and use another one? Please try to change your WordPress theme and let me know the results.

    actually the problem is solved when i install back the youzer pre packaged plugin offered by Bimber, which is your old plugin. if i activate back youzify and deactivate the youzer plugin, the issue returns.
    and also if i activate youzer and youzify together, the profile avatar gets broken.
    the youzify plugin stays active for sometime before it stops showing in the /member/profile area when trying to view users profiles. also during this period i have already deactivated the youzer plugin, but the Profile avatar was still broken.

    Hello @clefpascal

    I am afraid if this issue happen because of some conflicts between Youzify and Bimber. It seems will take much more effort to fix it. If you consider purchasing a PRO version, you can report this issue via our Premium Support Forum and send a copy of the theme to us. So we can check it on our testing server.

    It’s okay. meanwhile is there away to make the user balance of mycred private to only the owner/user can view their own balance already did the necessary settings via mycred but seems like other users can view another users balance, is there like a code to make this private for the user?

    Hello @clefpascal

    Sorry, Youzify has no restriction feature. But you can achieve it with our Membership restrictions add-on:
