Issues with WP ULike

Hello everyone,
I hope this post finds everyone well.

We have been using the WP ULike plugin for a while now (years) and we didn’t have this problem up until couple of days ago after a major server upgrade from our web-hosting company.

The web-site works fine (From what we can see) but the plugin won’t load statistics in the control panel it shows the loading icon and it stays like that indefinitely. Additionally (and the main issue) when people hit like to a comment the record goes to the db’s table associated with the WP ulike plugin but it doesn’t always show on the web-site’s comments section. When we browse those comments using different browsers, the likes are okay using Edge or Safari but they don’t appear correctly using chrome, brave, firefox etc… When I say they don’t appear correctly I mean that sometimes likes I hit don’t show on different browsers and likes I didn’t hit randomly show on browsers such as chrome, google, firefox, brave etc but they don’t show on Edge or Safari.

I have to admit, this is a very weird issue we have been experiencing and we did everything in our power working with the server admin to solve the problem but needless to say we have had no results.

Steps we took trying to solve the problem,
1. The server admin made sure that easyapache4 was properly configured with javascript, nginx, tomcat, node etc, php7.3, php7.4 and php8 installed for apache2.4 and nginx for caching,
2. We are on the latest wordpress version, the plugin is on the latest version as well as the theme we are using,
3. We purged all the cache, server and client side including wordpress cache,
4. We tried to troubleshoot apache and php by looking into the log files and we see no errors whatsoever,
5. We went onto phpmyadmin and tried to repair, analyze, optimize etc the database,
6. We took about 5 minutes praying to god for a possible solution lol and none of the above actually worked including the prayers.

Is there any way we could have some input here and help us troubleshoot that?
