Issues with WP Smart TV

I have been trying for some time to setup WP smart TV and it has failed. I now have installed an older version of WordPress and let me tell you my setup so you will understand.

I host everything on my synology server. I host WordPress and installed wp smart tv. I do host all my movies and I get a clean link like https://podcast.hopenews.org/Meranda vs Arizona.mp4 that I past into where the movie link goes and setup the title and set key words and all of that and it comes back and at the end I copy the link that is pasted into the Roku site and set the content to mp4 and the Roku site just sits there and does nothing. Do you know what might be the issue?

Also, the steaming addon I would like to know do I need a special service to use that feature or can I self-host that as well? I use OBS and I would assume it will work.
