Issues with WordPress on 1 PC but not another.

I’ve always had issues with WordPress on 1 pc but not others and I’m confused on how to fix it.

If I access my website on my work computer there is no issues at all. Everything works and shows fine on both Chrome and FF. However at home on both Chrome and FF I get different errors. On Chrome some of the images show all messed up including the WordPress logo in the wp-admin. There all fuzzy random colors in the bottom half.
Other issues are some of the tabs in the wp-admin not dropping down in 1 of the browsers, or new posts not posting and uploading images uploading wrong or not dropping into the post as well as no toolbar when on the Visual tab for new post.

All the issues are only happening on my home PC and nothing wrong ever happens on my work PC. I’ve tried reloading the page with both browsers and deleting history and cache but there always seams to be issues.

Anyone help me out here?
