Issues with WC_Email_Vendor_New_Order email

So, the PHPDOC for
WC_Email_Vendor_New_Order
email says:An email sent to the admin when a new order is received/paid for.
However, my tests show that this email is sent to the vendor, not the admin shop.
The default email subject, however, …
[{site_title}] New vendor order ({order_number}) – {order_date}
… makes me think that the order recipient should be the admin.
Anyway, there’s some confusion here: a vendor receives an email that looks like for an admin.
All 3 things – PHPDOC, Email Subject and email receipt – should match. May you please fix this. Otherwise it’s difficult to guess who’s the real intended recipient.
